To get to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll leave Arusha early in the morning, around 6 a.m.

The crater tour takes place after you have registered at the Loduare National Park Gate. You will then go down into the Ngorongoro Crater. Rhinos, Elephants, Lions, and huge groups of Zebras and Wildebeests live in this 100-square-mile natural amphitheater. A picnic lunch box will be brought to the bottom of the crater. Late in the afternoon, you will leave the crater and drive back to Arusha, where you will spend the night on your own.

Animals that eat grass and meat can be found in this UNESCO world heritage site, including elephants, buffalo, lions, cats, and many more.

It is a must to see the Ngorongoro crater, which is called “Africa’s Eden.” The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s largest complete caldera. It is 2286 meters above sea level. Up to 30,000 animals live there, and more than 20,000 of them are wildebeest and zebra.

The crater is also one of the few places in East Africa where guests can be sure they will see a black rhino. The goals of creating the Ngorongoro Conservation Region as a multi-use place were to protect natural resources, uphold the rights of native people, and encourage tourism.
