1-Day Akagera National Park Safari Experience

Akagera National Park is in the eastern part of Rwanda, close to the border with Tanzania. African parks. This park is being run by a non-profit group in partnership with the Rwanda Development Board, and they are doing a great job of protecting the environment.

People and the park used to have a lot of problems, but some of those problems were solved by fencing off part of the park and starting community tours, which encourage visitors to visit the towns and help them out in return.

You can go on a wildlife safari in Akagera National Park, which is Rwanda’s only Savannah park and home to many mammal species, such as Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Hippos, Kobs, Zebras, Bushbucks, Waterbucks, and recently, Black Rhinos from South Africa, making Akagera National Park a legitimate Big 5 park, just like it was many years ago. Many kinds of birds live there, too, in the different types of environments, such as forests, swamps, lakes, and the Savannah.
