Day 1: Tsavo East Safari from Mombasa/Diani

4:30 AM – Early Morning Pick-up
Your safari adventure begins with a pre-dawn pick-up from your hotel or resort in Mombasa or Diani. Settle into a comfortable safari vehicle as you journey inland towards Tsavo East National Park via the Mombasa–Nairobi Highway.

7:00 AM – Arrive at Tsavo East National Park (Bachuma Gate)
Enter Tsavo East through the Bachuma Gate, one of the main entry points to the park. After a short break for park formalities, start your morning game drive across the park’s vast open plains.

7:15 AM – Morning Game Drive
Explore the park’s signature red-earth terrain while tracking iconic wildlife such as:

Red elephants covered in Tsavo’s distinctive dust
